MIT buys shares from Shriram City Union Finance

MIT has purchased 5,99,943 shares in the company for a trade price of Rs 984 a share

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has bought 0.599 million shares in Shriram City Union Finance for an aggregate price of Rs 59.03 crore.

According to information available with the bulk deal data of National Stock Exchange, MIT has purchased 5,99,943 shares in the company for a trade price of Rs 984 a share.

Meanwhile, IIFL Inc, on account of Steadview Capital Mauritius Ltd, has sold 4,80,497 equity shares in the company through bulk deal for an amount of Rs 47.23 crore. As of March quarter, IIFL held 20.07 lakh shares, amounting to 3.62 per cent stake, of the NBFC firm.
