Nakoda Textile Industries is contemplating going for a backward integration programme by setting up a continuous polymerisation plant, having installed capacity of 100,000 million tonne per annum.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>The expansion programme is being taken up adjacent to the company's existing units at Karanj in Surat. As part of the forward integration, the company will install 20 texturising machines in a textile park being set up by Surat Super Yarn Park. </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>The capital outlay for this backward integration, expansion and forward project is about Rs 325 crore, which would be funded by equity, internal accruals and long-term debt.</P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
