NEWSALERT: Gemini Comm for listing shares on Frankfurt market

IT firm Gemini Communication today said it would list its shares on the Deutsche Borse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) in the form of depository receipts without raising money from the overseas market.     

The company's board "has decided to list the equity shares in Deutsche Borse in the form of depository receipts or the applicable route without raising money from the overseas market," Gemini Communication said in a filing to BSE.
