NEWSALERT: HDFC allots 27,530 shares to staff

Housing finance major HDFC today said it has allotted 27,530 shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options by employees. After the allotment, the paid up capital of the company would stand at Rs 284.81 crore consisting 284 million shares, it said.
