NTPC distributes medical equipment

NTPC-Kaniha has provided pulse oxymeter and ECG machine for use at the sub-divisional hospital at Talcher. Distribution of medical equipments by NTPC will help the patients as well the medical staff of the hospital who were facing problems during emergency.

S K Rout, sub-collector (Talcher) handed over the machines to Shantilata Mohanty, sub-divisional medical officer of Talcher in the presence of Umesh Khare, chief medical officer, NTPC-Kaniha and G C Surdeo, assistant general manager (human resources), NTPC-Kaniha. Rout appreciated the efforts of NTPC-Kaniha for providing the much needed medical equipments under its CSR (corporate social responsibility) which will facilitate free medical treatment, especially to poor patients visiting the hospital.
