PEC invites bid for importing 15,000 tn of palmolein oil

State-run trading firm, PEC Ltd has invited bids for importing 15,000 tonnes of refined, bleached and deodorized palmolein oil to meet the domestic requirement.

PEC is seeking delivery of the commodity in Chennai and Tuticorin ports in southern India between October 20 and November 15, the company said in a notification posted on its website.

The company has fixed the October 12 as the closing date for the bid.
