TVS Logistics Services Limited, a 3rd party Logistics service provider, appointed R Srikanth, as its new Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from July 1, 2015.
Srikanth, in his new role, will be handling global financial functions including Mergers & Acquisitions and PE Investments for TVS Logistics in India and other parts of the World.
Srikanth will be based out of Chennai and will report to S Ravichandran, Executive Director, TVS Logistics Services Limited.
Srikanth, a senior fellow Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, holds a Post-Graduation in Accounting & Business Management from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also has Post-Graduation in Commerce from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
He brings in over 30 years of executive leadership experience with significant financial, operational and business expertise.
Prior to joining TVS Logistics, Srikanth, was the President and CFO of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. He had also worked as President and Group CFO at Polaris Financial Technology Limited for over 5 years. He has gained significant experience in Global Finance, Financial Planning & Analytics, Corporate Accounts, Taxation, Audit, IPO, M&A & PE Investments. Corporate Legal, Global Taxation (direct and indirect), Investor Relations, Compliance, Regulation and Governance. He was a Group CFO of Future Software Limited, now Aricent for over 13 years, besides his initial tenure with manufacturing sector for over 9 years.
