Ram Info plans pref issue

Ram Informatics Limited has announced its plans to come out with a preferential issue. The company's board of directors at its meeting held on April 27 decided to issue and allot 30,00,000 equity shares in the first tranche.

The proceeds of the issue will be utilised to meet operational and working capital expenditure for e-governance project replication in the state of Andhra Pradesh as well as implementation of e-governance solutions in other states, a press release said here on Tuesday.
