Satyam promoters transfer stake to holding firm

The promoters of Satyam Computer Services have corporatised their shareholding in the company.

According to a release issued by Satyam to the BSE today, there will be no change in the effective shareholding of the core promoters in the company as a result of the structuring.

"In this structuring, the entire 8.5% shareholding held by promoters B Rama Raju, B Ramalinga Raju,  B Nandini Raju and B Radha Raju in their individual capacities has been transferred to a holding company controlled by them," the release added.
