Siemens bags Rs 124 cr order from Indiabulls Infra

Siemens has bagged an order from Indiabulls Infrastructure Company Limited worth Rs 124 crore to build Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substation associated with Sinnar Thermal Power Project at Nasik.  The substation is scheduled for commissioning by October 2012.

The scope of the project includes complete system design, engineering, civil works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 400kV GIS and 220kV GIS switchyards including  315MVA interconnecting transformer, 80MVAR reactor and 400kV and 220kV EHV cables.
