Sona Koyo exits Fuji Autotech Europe for Euro 7.5 mn

Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd today said it has offloaded the entire holding in Fuji Autotech Europe S.A.S. For a total consideration of Euro 7.75 million to Fuji Kiko Europe S.A.S.

"The company has sold its entire holding of 49,29,636 numbers of equity shares of Euro 1 each of Fuji Autotech Europe S.A.S. At a total consideration of Euro 7.75 million to Fuji Kiko Europe S.A.S.," the company said in a BSE filing.

Fuji Autotech Europe S.A.S. was formed as a JV between Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited and Fuji Kiko Co. Ltd., Japan, Sona Koyo added.

Shares of Sona Koyo Steering closed at Rs 12.85 apiece, down 1.23% on the BSE.
