Telenor moves Delhi court against Unitech

Norwegian telecom firm Telenor has approached the Delhi HC seeking a freeze on its joint venture partner Unitech’s assets in India. According to sources, Telenor had sought a claim of Rs 6,135 crore on the grounds that Unitech refused to fund the joint venture.
