Michael Koehler and Thomas J Erhardt, directors in IT solutions and BPO provider Mphasis, have resigned from the board of the company effective from October 6, 2008. This is the second instance of resignations from the company in less than two weeks time.
EDS Asia Pacific Advisory Board chairman and MphasiS founder Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao had resigned from the company last month.
