Vatika Lines Up Rs 170 Crore Projects

The Delhi-based Vatika group has firmed up plans to build real estate projects worth over Rs 170 crore within the next few years. These projects include commercial projects as well as resorts and restaurants. The group later plans to diversify into other areas in real estate including five-star hotels, hospitals and even infrastructure development.

While its Rs 50-crore Vatika Triangle commercial project in Gurgaon is likely to be ready for rent-out by September this year, the group plans to build a Rs 100 crore commercial project
