'Yogatriggs', the new trick to fight lifestyle stress

To handle urban lifestyle stress and food habits, a new medicinal system 'Yogatriggs', "a new holistic and scientifically-redesigned exercise module", has been introduced.
Addressing a seminar on 'Stress and Well-Being Management Through Alternative Therapy in the 21 Century', here on Tuesday, Master Jose, originator of the concept of Yogatriggs, said that it essentially focusses on triggering the endocrine glands - or the chakras - in the body. With this, the control of Pancha Koshas and Pancha Bhoothas in the body is attained.
"When the glands function at the optimal level, ones body is healthy and free of diseases. Modern food habits and sedentary lifestyle contributes to stress, the root of all diseases. An approach through Yogatriggs is to correct the 'cause? of the disease at the root and not the `symptoms? of the disease," he added.
Yogatriggs Health Module has also been created as a therapeutical applications in lifestyle-related disorders or ailments.
Master Jose claims that the success rate is over 95 per cent and most of his patients have come after failing to find relief in other forms treatments and therapies.
"Yogatriggs was the last resort, and I must say it has worked wonders for all of them. I must also add that Yogatriggs has been developed from ancient Vedic knowledge," he said.
The difference between the conventional yoga and yogatriggs is that yoga is a slow practice and does not burn over 120 calories per hour. In general we burn about 95 calories during sleep and 115 calories while working. But with Yogatriggs Health Module we burn over 500 calories.
Speaking on the occasion, Ian Faria, corporate trainer and counsellor said, "Stress is one of the main reasons for corporate life being so difficult for most people. It also create complications like negative attitude, discord in the family and a host of other issues. They can be easily resolved if people learn to live in a more natural manner."
Ayurvedic exponent Dr Prashanth said the complimentary medicinal systems are the need of the hour as most urbanites today feel the need for a healthy lifestyle without complications and with minimal medicines.
"Ayurveda offers the best possible remedies for ailments we suffer from, by diagnosing them at the roots; instead of treating the symptoms as do other medicinal systems," he added.
