Bomb scare at India Gate

Bomb disposal squads were called in at India Gate today after a telephone call about explosives being planted there.

Police officials said the police control room received the call at 1055 hrs.

"Bomb disposal squads, sniffer dogs and fire tenders have been rushed to the scene," a senior police official told PTI.
