Changes In Companies Amendment Bill Okayed

The Union Cabinet today approved amendments to the Companies (Second Amendment) Bill, 2001, to facilitate establishment of producer companies or co-operative businesses functioning under the ambit of the Companies Act, instead of the existing co-operative legislation.
