Gujarat Cellphone Users Move Trai Against Operators

The Mobile Phone Users Association, Gujarat, has made a representation to the Telephone Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) highlighting various problems faced by the cellular phone subscribers in the state.

The association in its representation said the rates charged in Gujarat by the two operators - Fascel and Birla AT&T - are comparatively higher than other states in the country.

The association also highlighted the complicated billing chart and calculation method, which a layman cannot easily understand.
