Heritage's bedside asst programme

Heritage Hospital has announced that to enhance the quality and promptness of its bedside assistants programme a transport support system is being launched.

Heritage Hospital has been running the bedside assistants programme since 1999, a media statement said.

With the launch of the transport support system, the bedside assistants would now be dropped and picked up from their workplace or patient's home.

This system will help in providing on-the-spot replacement of bedside assistants during shift changeover and thereby ensure the continuity in the service of the patient.
