Lufthansa to add 2 more flights to Bangalore

| Under the directive of the 'Open Skies Policy' of the Centre, Lufthansa will add two additional flights between Bangalore and Frankfurt. On the Bangalore-Frankfurt route, Lufthansa operates five flights. The sixth flight commenced from December 8, and the seventh will commence on January 7, 2005. |
| Lufthansa has also added an additional flight between Delhi and Munich, and recently it announced three flights a week between Hyderabad and Frankfurt from February 16, 2005. |
| With the addition of the extra flights till March 2005, Lufthansa will operate 35 flights a week between India and Germany, up from its current 29. The 35 flights a week include daily flights on Delhi-Frankfurt, Mumbai-Frankfurt, Chennai-Frankfurt and Bangalore-Frankfurt routes, four flights a week between Delhi and Munich, and three flights a week between Hyderabad-Frankfurt. |
