Nalco move: trade unions call for paralysing central units

Press Trust Of India Bhubaneswar
Seven trade unions have decided to paralyse functioning of central sector establishments, including rail and air services, on June 30 in Orissa to protest against the Centre's decision to divest 10 per cent stake in state-owned Nalco.

The decision was taken at a joint meeting held here this morning at a state-level convention of seven trade unions - AICCTU, AITUC, INTUC, BMS, HMS, UTUC (LS) and CITU.
