State Bank of India (SBI) account-holders will now have to pay higher service charges than before on online transactions and also for exchanging soiled notes at bank branches.
Even as the government is urging citizens to move towards cashless economy, especially since its November move to demonetise high-value currency notes, the country's largest bank has increased service charges on online and ATM transactions from June 1, 2017.
Here are the increased charges you will have to factor in:

Cash transactions using SBI's mobile app and State Bank Buddy will now attract Rs 25 service
