Ms. M Sathiyavathy, joined as Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India on 30.09.2016(AN) on superannuation of Shri Shankar Agarwal. Born on 13.05.1958, She is a 1982 batch IAS Officer from AGMUT Cadre.

Prior to this posting she served as the first woman Director General of Civil Aviation from 31.08.2015 to 01.08.2016 and then she was appointed as OSD to Ministry of Labour & Employment from 01.08.2016 till the present posting.
