Draghi signals calm on economy and QE

Mario Draghi delivered a message of reassurance on the economy and the progress of quantitative easing, unfazed by a female protester leaping to throw confetti in his face. There's "clear evidence that the monetary policy measures that we've put in place are effective," Draghi said at a press conference in Frankfurt on Wednesday, after the ECB left interest rates unchanged.
