Asian markets mostly down; Shanghai up 91pts

Asian markets are mostly down this morning.

The Hang Seng has gained 135 points at 19,097. The Nikkei has slipped 158 points to 11,957.

The Taiwan Weighted index has declined 22 points to 6,111. The Straits Times index has shed 23 points at 2,455, and the Seoul Composite index is down four points at 1,492.

The Shanghai Composite index has soared 91 points to 2,307.
