Asian markets open higher

The Asian markets have opened in the green. The Hang Seng is quoting vitually unchanged at 20,727, while the Nikkei is at 9,745, higher by 51 points or 0.5%.

Taiwan Weighted is at 7,561, higher by 60 points or 0.8%, Straits Times is at 2,881, higher by 11 points or 0.3% and Seoul Composite is at 1,735, up three points or 0.2%.
