Cardamom weakens 0.96% on subdued demand

Subdued demand affected the trade

Cardamom futures January weakened by Rs 9.70, or 0.96% to Rs 1,002 per kg in 50 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the February contract traded lower by 80, or 0.08% to Rs 1,032.40 per kg in 387 lots.

Subdued spot demand, increased arrivals from producing regions also influenced cardamom futures trade.
