Shares of Credit Analysis and Research (CARE) were up over 7% at Rs 1,380 after the company said it has today entered into an memorandum of understanding with Japan Credit Rating Agency to collaborate with each other as strategic business partners.
Both have agreed to cooperate with each other to maximise their support for the Indian and Japanese companies' funding and other business activities.
The stock opened at Rs 1,286 and touched a high of Rs 1,391. At 14:25pm, over 105,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
