Delhi High Court dismisses NSE plea

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea by the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that asked for 60-day time to reply to a show cause notice issued by the Competition Commission of India. The notice was issued to NSE for predatory pricing in the currency futures segment. The exchange will have to file its reply by November 1.
