Firstsource Solutions spurted 6.76 per cent to close at Rs 43.45 today on reports that WNS Holdings, an Indian provider of business data and voice services controlled by Warburg, Blackstone-owned Intelenet Global Services and the Carlyle Group may all be planning to acquire a majority stake of the ICICI Bank-promoted business process outsourcing firm.
