Hindustan Zinc hikes prices by 3.6 per cent

| Hindustan Zinc, India's largest producer, raised the prices of zinc to reflect global rates. |
| The price of zinc was raised by Rs 3,800, or 3.6 per cent, to Rs 108,300 ($2,726) a tonne, the Udaipur-based company said on its website. |
| The price of lead was kept unchanged. Zinc for three-month delivery in London rose $105, or 4.4 per cent, to $2,490 a tonne yesterday. |
