A deal that would have caused headache of sorts to Israeli drug maker Teva Pharmaceuticals (Teva), the US-based Mylan Inc has signed a license and supply agreement with the Hyderabad-based Natco Pharma (Natco) for worldwide marketing and distribution of glatiramer acetate, the generic version of CopaxoneR (CopaxoneR, a trademark drug of Teva, is prescribed for multiple sclerosis).
