Maize, bajra up on industrial demand

Prices of maize and bajra rose up to Rs 20 per quintal on the wholesale grains market today on increased industrial demand amid restricted arrivals.
Traders said increased industrial demand, amid decline in arrivals from producing region, pushed up maize and bajra prices.
In the national capital, maise rose by Rs 20 to Rs 1,120-1,130, while bajra gained Rs 10 to Rs 840-850 per quintal.
