Merrill Lynch Capital Markets has sold 15.41 lakh shares in India Cements Ltd for an aggregate of around Rs 11.2 crore. Derive Investments, an investment company of R K Damani, has picked up 20 lakh shares in the company, which in an aggregate worth Rs 14.53 crore.
According to the bulk deal data of National Stock Exchange (NSE), Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana SA, which has 82,10,448 shares in India Cements has sold 15,41,000 equity shares for Rs 72.61 per share. Derive Investments has picked up 20 lakh shares at Rs 72.66 per share.
