Chennai-based digital cinema chain, Pyramid Saimira Theatre, bounced back from a 52-week low of Rs 201.05 after the company announced that its board will meet on June 30 to consider raising additional funds.

As per reports, the company is planning to come out with an initial public offering by July end to raise up to Rs 225 crore for its film production arm, Pyramid Saimira Production International. 
</p><p class='TableClas'>A total of 7,40,886 shares were traded on the counter with delivery volumes of 75.68 per cent. The scrip has declined by 28.85 per cent in the last one week. </P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
