Sensex down 111pts in early trades; Reliance slips 2%

Mirroring negative cues from the global markets, the Sensex opened with a negative gap of 112 points at 14,338. The index is now down 111 points at 14,340.
Reliance has slipped over 2% to Rs 2,183.
Jaiprakash Associates, DLF and HDFC have dropped nearly 2% each to Rs 157, Rs 486 and Rs 2,321, respectively.
ICICI Bank and Reliance Infrastructure have shed around 1.5% each at Rs 645 and Rs 971, respectively.
ACC, Tata Motors and Larsen & Toubro have declined 1.3% each to Rs 549, Rs 429 and Rs 2,571, respectively.
SBI and Tata Steel are down over 1% each at Rs 1,342 and Rs 579, respectively.
Satyam has moved up 1.7% to Rs 400.
