Sensex down 92pts; Reliance Comm drops 3%

The Sensex has extended losses and is now down 92 points at 11,053.

Reliance Communications tumbled nearly 3% to Rs 278. Bajaj Auto slipped over 2% to Rs 2,624.

Satyam, Reliance and ITC have dropped nearly 2% each to Rs 752, Rs 970 and Rs 176, respectively.

ONGC and Tata Motors have slipped 1.4% each to Rs 1,187 and Rs 783, respectively.

SBI, Ranbaxy, Maruti, Hero Honda, BHEL and Gujarat Ambuja were down over 1% each.

Out of 2,377 stocks traded so far, 1,253 have advanced, 1,037 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
