Sensex down over 100pts; Reliance, ICICI Bank weigh

The Sensex is now down 118 points at 14,333.

Reliance has plunged 2.8% to Rs 2,169. Jaiprakash Associates has shed 2.5% at Rs 156.

Tata Steel and ICICI Bank has dropped 2% each to Rs 574 and Rs 643, respectively.

Reliance Communications, DLF, Mahindra & Mahindra and Sterlite have slipped around 1.5% each to Rs 403, rs 488, Rs 556 and Rs 610, respectively.

HDFC and Bharti Airtel are down over 1% each at Rs 2,334 and Rs 804, respectively.

Satyam has surged 2% to Rs 401. Infosys and Wipro have rallied nearly 2% each to Rs 1,735 and Rs 427, respectively. TCS has added 1.3% to Rs 829.

 

BHEL and HDFC Bank are up over 1% each at Rs 1,706 and Rs 1,222, respectively.
