Sensex flat; ICICI Bank down 3%

The Sensex is now flat and is at 16,705, down three points. The NSE Nifty is at 4,964, down one points.

Maruti has advanced 4% to Rs 1,618. Reliance Infrastruture, Jaiprakash Associates, Mahindra & Mahindra, ACC, Grasim Industries and Hindalco are up over 2% each.

ICICI Bank has slipped 3% to Rs 846. Sterlite, Tata Motors, Reliance Communications,HDFC Bank are down 1.5% each.

The market breadth is neutral, out of 2,802 shares traded, 1,342 have advanced and 1,375 have declined so far on the BSE.
