Sensex up 46pts; HDFC, Cipla shine

The Sensex is now up 46 points at 11770.

HDFC, Cipla and ONGC have moved up over 1% each to Rs 1,318, Rs 251 and Rs 1,233, respectively.

ICICI Bank, Ranbaxy, Larsen & Toubro and HDFC Bank are the other significant gainers among the index stocks.

Reliance Communications and Maruti are the notable losers.
