AAP accuses BJP of playing vote bank politics

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) spokesperson Ashutosh on Saturday condemned Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik's remark on the Ram Temple and accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of practicing vote bank politics.
"They are not interested in the Ram Temple but are just trying to cash vote from the issue," the AAP leader said.
The Uttar Pradesh Governor had earlier on Thursday sparked a controversy with his remark that a Ram Temple should be built in Ayodhya.
"People of the nation want Ram Mandir to be made, that wish should be fulfilled as soon as possible," Naik had said.
