Arlen Escarpeta says Whitney Houston biopic is a 'love story'

Actor Arlen Escarpeta, who is playing Bobby Brown in the upcoming Whitney Houston biopic, has said that the movie is "a love story."

The 33-year-old Belizean actor, who was clearly bummed that the late singer's family boycotted the recent premiere of 'Whitney,' added that the entire cast and crew did their best to portray Houston's life respectfully, TMZ.com reported.

The 'Final Destination 5' actor hoped that the 'I Will Always Love You' singer's family and Brown will eventually watch the movie chronicling the singer's life and marriage.
