Barmy Army set for friendlier 'Barmy Glee Club' transformation

The Barmy Army is set to be rebranded as the Barmy Glee Club, with the raucous supporters pledging to serenade Australia with more friendly songs when they visit England.
According to The Daily Telegraph, their working titles include 'Mitchell Johnson - he seems like a pretty good bowler', 'Our sincere best wishes with your efforts to form a republic' and 'We actually quite like Michael Clarke'.
Similarly, England players will be issued a list of officially approved sledges to ensure the sensibilities of the tourists are not offended, the report said.
The ECB will also address the controversial practice of pitch doctoring, the report added.
