Britney Spears was named favourite pop artist at the People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old singer wore a mini-dress embellished with crystals from designer Michael D and matched it with skin coloured Giuseppe Zanotti heels, the Daily Express reported.

The 'Toxic' hitmaker, who is performing four times a week in a 100-minute show in Las Vegas looked in fantastic shape.
