Caitlyn Jenner, who used be known as Bruce Jenner, has posed for the first time as a woman after transition, revealing her look after medical surgeries.
The American TV personality graced Vanity Fair cover, which was shot by famous celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz in Malibu, in white body suit, showing off ample cleavage, the BBC reported.
The 65-year-old reality star tweeted that she would have regretted on her deathbed had she still kept this secret, but now was happy to reveal her real personality after a long struggle.
Jenner was also congratulated by her step-daughters Kim Kardashian, who is pregnant with her second child, and Khloe Kardashian, who posted the Vanity Fair cover picture on Instagram, writing that she's proud of her father who stood so strong in life and is now very beautiful.
