West Bromwich Albion has denied leaders Chelsea a chance to open up a four-point lead at the top of the Premier League table after they drew 1-1 with the visitors on Tuesday at The Hawthorns.
Jose Mourinho's side will be replaced at the top of the table if either Arsenal or Manchester City win on Wednesday, with Arsenal to play at home against Manchester United, while City host Sunderland.
According to the BBC, Chelsea looked close to a win in the game when Branislav Ivanovic swept home following a David Luiz flick, although West Brom substitute Victor Anichebe scored a late equaliser by heading home Saido Berahino's cross, denying the leaders a chance to stay at the top of the table.
Anichebe's 87th-minute equaliser will raise questions as to whether Mourinho's side, which was held to a goalless draw by West Ham United two weeks ago, have the quality to win the title, the report added.
