Chelsea keeper insists money can't buy Man City league title

Chelsea goalkeeper Peter Cech has pointed a finger at Manchester City's 100 million pounds summer spending spree and said that throwing the cheque book will guarantee them absolutely nothing.
According to The Sun, Cech expressed that money had never won anything and one could spend as much as one wants, but a strong team had to be built first.
Manchester City's new boss Manuel Pellegrini has splashed the cash on Fernandinho, Jesus Navas, Alvara Negredo and Stevan Jovetic, the report said.
Cech said that Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool would all be tough rivals for them in the next season.
