China launches remote sensing satellites

China successfully launched remote sensing satellites from Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest Sichuan Province on Tuesday.
According to the Xinhua news, the satellites, which were launched on a Long March-2C carrier rocket, have successfully entered its preset orbit.
The satellites will be conducting electromagnetic environmental probes and other experiments.
It was the third batch of the Yaogan-30 project.
