Congress Plenary Session to take place from March 16
The Congress Plenary Session is scheduled to take place from March 16 to 18 in Delhi.
Earlier on Friday, Congress president Rahul Gandhi had constituted a steering committee for the plenary session.
The 34-member committee will function in place of the working committee.
