Communist Party of Nepal- Unified Marxist-Leninist (CPN-UML) general secretary Ishwor Pokharel on Tuesday said that there should be consensus among all the political parties for the implementation of Constitution.
Speaking at a press conference in Pokhara, Pokharel claimed that his party was always in favour of forging consensus among all the political parties.
Asserting that the incumbent government was formed amid problems, the UML leader said that the government was moving ahead sorting out such problems.
Amid political tensions prevailing in the country with Madhesis also engaged in Kathmandu centric-protests, Pokharel said that national consensus government was essential for the effective implementation of constitution.
